We ship orders by USPS Priority Mail. We will ship to PO Boxes provided they are the billing address for the credit card used to place the order. We will ship to APO's but we do not ship to U.S. territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands). We ship within 1-3 days for all in stock items, and once payment is charged, confirmed and verified. Some items take a little longer if we have to obtain your particular size, style or color. WE STRIVE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. HOWEVER, BECAUSE OF INVENTORY, SHIPPING, AND MATTERS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL, OUR STATEMENTS AS TO USUAL SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEES OR PROMISES THAT A PRODUCT WILL SHIP ON A SPECIFIC DAY. Shipping Limitations: When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address provided by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant and accurate. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Refused Shipments - All refused shipments will result in 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which includes any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to International orders. Exchanges - You can exchange an item following it's return to us in saleable condition. We will notify you of its safe receipt and you can then re-order the item you wish as exchange. We will credit the new transaction with the value of the returned item. This does NOT include shipping, and you will be responsible for the shipment costs of the replacement item. Shipping Times - When your items arrive please examine them carefully to ensure the order is complete. Every order is inspected for quality and checked before shipping to ensure you receive the items you ordered. However occasionally mistakes do happen.
